Order Processing

Orders placed through Twin Seam Sports are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Fulfillment Methods

Products sold on Twin Seam Sports may be fulfilled in one of two ways:

1. Direct Fulfillment by Twin Seam Sports

Most items are stocked and shipped directly by Twin Seam Sports. These items are shipped from our fulfillment location in Tennessee, United States.

2. Partner Fulfillment

Certain products are fulfilled and shipped directly by trusted supplier partners through our retail network. These partners ship orders on behalf of Twin Seam Sports.

If an item is fulfilled by a partner, it will ship directly from the supplier’s warehouse.

Regardless of fulfillment method, your purchase is made through Twin Seam Sports and our team remains available to assist with any order-related questions.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Twin Seam Sports primarily ships to addresses within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available for a specific product, it will be indicated during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • product weight and dimensions

  • shipping destination

  • selected shipping method

Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions when available.

 

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent via email after your order ships.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

 

Multiple Shipments

Because some products ship from different fulfillment locations, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • weather

  • carrier disruptions

  • peak shipping seasons

  • supply chain issues

Twin Seam Sports is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has been transferred to the shipping provider.
