Replacement and installation tips:

• To replace, remove the end cover screws and extract the impeller. Use a Jabsco Impeller Removal Tool or channel-lock pliers to grip the hub—avoid screwdrivers, which can damage the pump face or create leaks.
• Grease new impellers before installation to ease fit and protect the impeller during initial prime.
• After replacing the gasket and end cover, the pump is ready to use.
• Always carry spare impellers on board for emergency replacements.

Note: When installed correctly, an impeller may last for several years, but adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule rather than relying on corrective action.
