- Reversible operation: pump water into ballast tanks and, when reversed, pump it out—one pump handles both inflow and outflow.
- Self-priming: self‑primes from dry up to 1.2 m (4 ft) for dependable starting in diverse mounting locations.
- Protection and reliability: Run‑Dry Protection Device (patent pending) automatically shuts the pump if the tank is empty, protecting the impeller; ISO 8846 MARINE ignition protection.
- Durable construction: bronze body with a Jabsco neoprene impeller, lip seal, and a permanently magnet motor paired with a fully enclosed stainless steel shaft for marine longevity.
- Compact and adaptable: 12 VDC operation, 19 A draw, 25 A fuse; ports include 1/2" internal pipe threads and 1" external hose barb; footprint is 3 5/8" x 8" x 4 3/4".
